Her voice is a group for women.   It is rooted in Depth Psychology, a discipline involving personal discovery, self-empowerment and cultivating one’s self-worth.  Her Voice is a transformative experience that will guide its participants on a journey to self, enabling them to rediscover their voice and return to a sense of well being and self-respect.

Group members will learn such things as:

·         Assertive communication skills

·         Becoming authentic

·         Self-care

·         Self-love

·         How to refuse to be invisible

… and much more.

Feel good about who you are!  Happiness is a choice that you make!

If you are interested in such a group, please call Dr. Wielenga at (562) 895-0516 and sign up today.  You’ll be glad you did!
